5:30-6:30- Skills and Drills

6:30-7:30 Scrimmage

First visit is Free-  $45 for rest of season (includes practice pinnie)

Do you have an athlete who wants to try lacrosse but is concerned about committing to a new sport before trying it out?  Do you have an athlete who wants to be on the field but couldn't join a team for one reason or another?   

 Here is your opportunity!    

The Intramural program is open to all athletes of all grades/ages.   Skills/drills and games will be grouped by age and skill levels to make it the best experience for all. 

Younger athletes will have the opportunity to be coached and play along side high school and/or college athletes who are excited to pass on their knowledge and love for their sport!

215 Lacrosse is an official USA Lacrosse program.   As such we are insured through them.   To maintain our membership and insurance, all of our athletes and coaches are USAL members.   It is for that reason that we require a USAL membership before your athlete can join us on the field.  Our 215 Lax registration fee is waived for the first practice.  

Currently we have a girls program and are constantly asked for boys lacrosse.   We are ready to start a boys program as soon as we have an adult who is willing to commit to help start the program.
