Girls Gear
First off.... There is a difference between Mens and Womens sticks. Make sure you get your daughter a women's stick.
Please be careful picking out a stick. Getting the wrong or a "sub par" stick will make an already difficult sport even harder for a young athlete. Most "starter" sticks are NOT a good choice. Feel free to reach out if you have questions before purchasing a stick.
Women's Lacrosse Stick
Googles
Mouth Guard (clear/white used to be illegal, now any color mouth guard is now legal)
Cleats (soccer/field hockey cleats are fine)
Backpack- Don't waste your money on a "stick bag" (shaped like a lacrosse stick). Get your daughter a backpack to hold all her gear and essentials. It does not have to be a lacrosse backpack.
