FIrst off.... There is a difference between boys sticks and girls sticks.   Make sure you get your daughter a GIRLS lacrosse stick.

Please be careful in picking out a stick.   Getting the wrong or a "sub par" stick will make an already difficult sport even harder for your young athlete.   Feel free to reach out before purchasing her a stick. 

• Women's Lacrosse stick
• Goggles 
• Mouth guard (clear and white mouth guards were formerly illegal, now considered legal)
• Cleats (soccer/field hockey cleats are fine) 
• Backpack- Don't waste the money on a stick bag, get your daughter a Backpack. (does not have to be a "Lacrosse" back pack)
