Sportsmanship Above Skills
215 Lacrosse was founded in the Spring of 2020 out of a need for feeder programs for the Neshaminy, Bensalem and some other surrounding school districts. Shortly after that, Covid hit and 215 Lacrosse had to wait till 2021 to have it's inaugural start.
Spring of 2021 we had our first team. A 7th-8th grade girls team. Started with 17 girls who most had not played lacrosse before and some had not even played a sport before. We ended the season winning our last two games. So proud of how our girls learned a sport, and even more importantly learned how to play like a TEAM!
At 215 Lax our main focus is to build athletes and promote sportsmanship! Our goal is to help your son or daughter learn how to be part of a team and how to respect their team, other teams, the refs, coaches and ultimately the game. Of course we will be building their skills as well… we definitely want to kick some butt on the field, but not at the expense of sportsmanship. We do not tolerate any kind of bullying or shaming. We do although promote healthy sarcasm and lots of fun and laughing!
