Stick Skills clinics are designed for the girls to work on their skills to get them ready for their Spring season. It is designed for them to be able to come when they can come. They do not have to make every one. Obviously the more they come the better they will get, but stick skills does not have to be a priority for your schedule. Just an opportunity for them, when they can, to hang with their team and work on their skills.
The gym is at the SOZO Communities building at 316 Durham Rd, Penndel, Pa 19047. https://goo.gl/maps/KFKfxkMh3txr8KhT9 It is a small gym so we will have a limit on players, so please register now.
The cost is $50 per player. If you have never been to a stick skills clinic, you can try the first one for free.
The clinic is for every skill level. If you have never played before, come learn the basics of catching, throwing and ball handling. If you have played, come get the cob-webs off and prepare for your Spring season while learning to hone your stick skills and shooting.
We will have sticks and goggles on hand to borrow.
You will need to sign up on the registration page. A USAL membership is required for athletes 8th grade and below. It is recommended but not required for High School Students.
Feel free to email us at the link below if you have any questions.
The Stick Skills clinics are run by Coach Mike and some of the Neshaminy High school players. The clinics are not an official 215 Lacrosse program, That being said, the Clinics are an excellent opportunity to build skills so therefore we want to share the opportunity with you.
